What components are part of a typical yacht rental?
Each of our rentals comes with qualified staff members, essential safety gear, included fuel, and standard non-alcoholic beverages. Additional services can vary, for instance, scenic evening tours offer high-quality refreshments and snacks, while business rentals include meeting facilities and professional catering options.
When is the latest I can make a reservation?
It's advisable to secure your booking roughly 2–3 weeks before the intended date, and more so within the high-demand period from May through September. For business gatherings or special occasions, scheduling 4–6 weeks prior can assure better vessel availability and accommodate any special requests.
What are the procedures in case of inclement weather?
Your safety is our utmost concern. Should the weather be considered hazardous by our captain, we will propose a new date for your yacht experience or return your payment in full. We pay careful attention to meteorological forecasts and will notify you with a day's notice should the weather be potentially risky.
May I bring additional refreshments?
Certainly, personal food and refreshments are permitted. However, we also have exceptional dining services with customizable menu options. Be aware that for safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed on the yacht.
Is there yacht access for guests with mobility issues?
We make an effort to serve all guests universally. Some of our yachts are equipped with better accessibility features than others. Please get in touch during the reservation process to go over specific accessibility needs and we can suggest the most appropriate vessel and organize any necessary special arrangements.
Do you have a policy on cancellations?
A cancellation that is made at least 72 hours ahead of the departure time will be refunded fully. If the cancellation occurs within 24 to 72 hours, a 50% refund is issued. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure will not be refunded, unless it is due to unviable weather or mechanical issues on our end.
